Exchange Policy

Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, has a size issue, or is different from what you ordered, you may request a return. We do not offer exchanges at the moment.

Return Conditions

For all returns, the product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in sellable condition.
  • In its original packaging with all original tags and labels intact.
  • Returned within 15 days of the actual delivery date (except suits/blazers, which must be returned within 3 days).

If a product return is requested, the return will be processed within 4-7 working days.

Exchange Policy

Sparky accepts exchanges within 4-7 days (subject to product availability) under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Size issue
  • Product delivered is different from what you ordered

How to Request a Return

The customer can call us at our customer care number +91-9310685211  or email us at order@sparkyjeans.in within 7 days of receiving the product (3 days for suits and blazers).

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Product pictures with a brief note if the item is defective or does not meet expectations

Recommended: A video of unboxing the parcel for cases of incorrect product delivery.

Exchange Process

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Ensure you keep your original packaging for safe return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for exchanges.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Email our customer service at order@sparkyjeans.in or call +91-9310685211  with your order number (invoice number) and the item you wish to exchange.

Please specify:

  • The reason for the exchange
  • The desired replacement item

Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for exchanges. However, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the new item to you.
