Cancellation Policy
Customers can easily cancel their online order within 24 hours of placing the order. The complete amount will be refunded. Partial cancellation of an order is not allowed.
Refund Process
The refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, or debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via NEFT.
Note: Any product purchased from our "Accessories" section cannot be returned or exchanged under the Returns Policy, except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect item shipped by mistake
Products such as Belts, Socks, Ties, Pocket Squares, and other Accessories fall under this category.
Do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us.
Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order anytime before it leaves our warehouse.
Post-Shipping Cancellations
If the product has already been shipped, cancellations will not be possible. The order will need to be returned following our Return Policy.
