Refund Policy

Refund will be initiated only if the product has a manufacturing defect, which will be checked by the SPARKY quality team.

The refund process will initiate within 2-3 working days of receiving the request at our Head Office (D-238, Sector 63, Noida, UP-201301) and upon refund approval from the quality team.

Refunds will be credited back to the customer's account within 7-10 days after refund initiation, depending on the mode of payment, after deducting a shipping cost of Rs.100.

Right to Refuse Refund

If a returned product is not in a resalable condition or fails to meet the return criteria mentioned above, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the available options:

• Returning the product back to you (shipping charges will be borne by you).
• Alternatively, we will donate this item as per our internal policy.

Shipping charges will not be refunded under any condition.
