At SPARKY, we ensure timely delivery of products to our customers by using services of reputed courier partners.

Your orders will be processed within 3 working days, and the products will reach you in 7-14 working days within India.

Delivery of products shall be attempted on business days only (Sundays & national holidays excluded).

Shipping cost will be charged for orders below Rs.999.

In case your order gets delayed due to any natural calamity like floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, bad weather, or other unavoidable circumstances such as flight delays, political disruptions, curfews, or riots, we will inform you through Email & SMS. Please ensure you provide the correct email ID and contact number while placing an order.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
