1. Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Any return request raised after this period will not be eligible.

2. Product Condition

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• The plastic brand tag attached to the product must be intact.
• If the brand tag is removed, tampered with, or damaged, the return will not be accepted.

3. Wrong or Damaged Product

• If you receive a wrong product or a damaged item, an unboxing video is mandatory.
• The video should clearly show the sealed package, the unboxing process, and the issue.
• Without an unboxing video, return or replacement will not be possible.

4. Size-Related Issues

• Please check the size chart available on each product page before placing your order.
• Measure and confirm your size carefully to avoid size-related issues.
• Returns or exchanges for size-related concerns may not be entertained.

5. Return Approval

• All returns are subject to quality check and approval by the Sparkyjeans team.
• Once approved, further instructions will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
