Exchange Policy

Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, Size issue or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return as we do not offer Exchange at the moment.

For all returns, the product must be unused, unwashed and in sellable condition. It must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact. All returns must be made within 15 days of the product’s actual date of delivery, Except for Suits/blazers which can be returned within 3 days of actual date of delivery.

If a product return is requested, the returns will be processed within 4-7 working days.

Sparky accepts exchange within 4-7 days (Subject to availability of the products quantity/sizes) under following conditions-

  • Damaged or defective
  • Size Issue
  • Product delivered is different from what you had ordered

Process

The customer can call us at our customer care 0120-4257826 or email us Order@sparkyjeans.in - within 7days after receiving the product/ within 3 days for suits and Blazers. The details of Order no. & reason for return should be shared with customer support executive. In case you feel the product is not meeting your expectations or has any kind of defect, the product pictures with a small note is required for return.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Email our customer service at Id: order@sparkyjeans.in & customer care no: 01204257826 with your order number (invoice no) and the item you wish to exchange.

Specify the reason for the exchange and the desired replacement item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges.

We will cover the shipping cost for sending the new item back to you.
